Deposits may be required to reserve inventory or begin customization
Full payment may be required prior to delivery or pickup
Late payments may result in delays, additional fees, or cancellation
Returned payments, declined transactions, or chargebacks may incur administrative fees

All payments are handled directly between the customer and Cart Life EV LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Financing

If financing is offered, approval decisions are made by third-party financing partners. We are not responsible for credit approval decisions, loan terms, interest rates, or financing disputes.

Any manufacturer warranties provided with golf carts or equipment are governed by the manufacturer’s terms. Cart Life EV LLC does not extend additional warranties beyond those explicitly stated in writing.

Used or pre-owned golf carts may be sold “as is” unless otherwise specified in writing.

We may suspend or terminate services or communication if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

You may terminate your relationship with Cart Life EV LLC by providing written notice, subject to fulfillment of any outstanding contractual obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Berkeley County, South Carolina.
